1200 19th St. is a class-A office building Retrofit project in Washington DC. The total designed area is 330,000sf (30,660 m2) of office space and retail at ground level. The project included a complete overhaul to the interior and exterior of the building, addition of three new floors with a green roof on top and replacement of the building MEP systems. The building is the first to achieve "Core & Shell" LEED PLATINUM rating (“Green” building) in Washington DC.
