Ana Frank1 KS

1 Ana Frank Street is a Renovation and Addition project (TAMA 38) located in the heart of the established Degania neighborhood in Kfar Saba.

This is where old houses from the time Kfar Saba was an agricultural settlement (Moshava) meet this new modern vernacular residence. The Building is situated on the highly visible corner of Ben-Gurion and Ana Frank streets,  accelerating the gentrification of the neighborhood. The façade is designed with protruding boxes in a mix of shapes, sizes and colors enabling the old and new to merge.
