RESHEF GABAY ARCHITECTURE+PLANNING 

22 Etzion st. is a Renovation and Addition project (TAMA 38) located in the heart of the Ramat Gan.

The Building is situated in a prime location, only 50 meters away from Haroe street, one of ramat Gan busiest streets. The façade is a completely new structural support and skin, composed of prefabricated concrete grey panels and large balconette windows facing the street on the front lower floors . The upper floors balconies have solid handrails that blends into the clean white facade of the building.   

The project will include a robotic underground parking for seven cars underneath the existing building.
