Gershom8 RG
8 Gershom Street is a demolition and new construction project (TAMA 38) located in the Neve Marom neighborhood in Ramat Gan.
The Gershom street gentrification process is in motion. The majority of the existing buildings had been demolished and were replaced by new mid-rise residential buildings. 8 Gershom street building vocabulary can be described as gray infilled 3D boxes linked by lines wrapping the building perimeter binding its exterior surfaces to a whole. An overhanging prow amplifies the top floor and differentiating it from the rest of the buildings on the street.
