The Building is only 50 meters away from Kfar Saba's main street - Weizmann Street. The building is shielded from the bustling streets traffic on its south side and opens to the low rise residential on the North and West. The windows and porches, cladded with wood and grey panels, forming a Domino blocks effect that breaks the building mass into a smaller scale masses.
The retail shops on the ground level are extended to meet the street with a unified new storefront. The building's color and tone palette is a set of grey, beige and tan pastel colors plastered and partially cladded of large concrete panels and wooden slats.
