OSU (Ohio State University) River towers project (including Master Plan), Columbus OH. The project includes re-innovation of two existing dormitory towers (26 stories, 1200 rooms for under graduate students), a design of additional 85,000sf student services building and 35,000 sf (11,150 m2 in total) of connectors to existing buildings and preparation for future upscale dormitories in a total area of 230,000sf (21,370 m2).
