Won the competition for a masterplan of a new High-end neighborhood in the Shanghai suburb of Pu-Jiang Forest peninsula (for Zi Zhu development). This development is adjacent to a university and the Shanghai R+D high tech district. The project includes 1200 high-end residential units (1800sf per town house to 5500sf per villa and 6000sf per luxury apartment), 900 rooms hotel and conference center and a commercial center.
