Tur Broshim 12 RG

12 Tur Broshim st. is a Renovation and Addition project (TAMA 38) located in the heart of the Ramat Gan.
The Building is situated within the quiet Hillel neighborhood. The streetscape is serene, a one way street adorned with a row of old cypress trees alongside the building main façade. The cypress row played a substantial role in the design of the new addition. The façade is composed of protruding "box" frames of balconies, balconnets and windows arrays with "warm" materials and tonality. The Gray steel and concrete structural elements conglomerates the frames and balconies into a multi layered urban villa.
